We’re looking for new Trustees to join our team

Bailiff Bridge Scouts Group relies on people like you playing their part to give young people opportunities to dream big, give it a go, and build skills for life.

We’re always looking for new individuals to join our Trustee Board which now has an enhanced role overseeing our Group.

Put simply, without Trustees we would not be able to run Beavers, Cubs or Scouts.

Being a Trustee is not about running our Monday meetings, but being responsible for the governance of the Group.

That means ensuring it always works for the benefit of our young people, supporting our volunteer leaders and team members, and ensuring we represent the community we’re part of.

Our Trustee Board meets three or four times a year and host an Annual General Meeting, but effective Trustees will also volunteer for tasks in between the meetings to ensure the smooth running of the Scout Group and maximise its potential for a hugely positive impact on its young members.

If you’ve got a bit of time to spare, want to build your CV, or help give young people #SkillsForLife, this could be perfect for you.
